  • Lamb Vindaloo

    A Portuguese style specialty tender pieces of lamb cooked in goan toddy's / preserved vinegar and chilly sauce. Hot and spicy. It's intensely spicy, but has plenty of bright, acidic, and vinegar-tinged notes. This is in direct contrast to tikka masala which, while delicious, is creamy and rich. Halal.

    Madras curry is a fairly hot curry with a dark red thick sauce (the colour comes from the chillies and paprika) though not as spicy as a Vindaloo. It's got slightly tangy notes to it from the addition of tamarind and fenugreek.
